Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder 3-Month Journal / Mood Tracker: Mood, Energy, Breast Tenderness, Period Trackers. Unique way to track a not so fun disorder

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a severe and disabling form of premenstrual syndrome.
A large majority of menstruating women feel premenstrual symptoms to some degree, with 20-30% feeling enough symptoms to qualify for diagnosis of PMS, only 3-8% of that group qualifying for diagnosis of PMDD. PMDD causes severe irritability, depression, or anxiety in the week or two before your period starts.

Being able to keep track of symptoms is an importunate part of treatment for those with PMDD, especially since PMDD has a cyclical pattern based on your period.
